This is a nice shampoo. It smells good and lathers well. It is good at adding volume and is a great value.

This shampoo really impressed me. My hair is actually pretty long BUT I have a condition called trichotillomania that causes me to pull hair out. While I’ve had it under control with medication for a while, the spots I used to pull at (which were previously bald) have regrowth that’s much shorter than the rest of my hair. I ordered this shampoo in hope of accelerating growth so that once the shortest bits grow out I can get it all cut to a uniform length.
I did some reading on the ingredients and do feel really hopeful about the efficacy, especially of the onion. One concern I hope I can dispel for anyone else who had it is that of the smell. It does not smell like onions at all! The other ingredients give the shampoo an aromatic, somewhat herbal fragrance that is very pleasant.
It lathers very well without needing to use much and is not irritating. I have been making sure to thoroughly massage it into my scalp to improve blood flow to the area and like to leave it on a few minutes before rinsing to allow the active ingredients to sit on my scalp as the bottle instructs. I do feel my hair looks clean and healthy after using this and following it up with my normal conditioner. It doesn’t strip or dry out my strands at all and I do feel like the extra attention on my roots has improved hair volume.
I think this is certainly worth a try for anyone looking for scientifically backed ingredients for growth and a shampoo that makes hair look great overall. Because it comes with two bottles, it will last a long time and is a good value for a quality shampoo.

That's what I would want to know: there is no onion smell to this shampoo, and therefore no downsides. Even if my hair doesn't grow faster or thicker, this shampoo cleans just as well as any, with a satisfactory (even fluffy) amount of lather, that rinses out cleanly.
The shampoo is a clear, light pink gel that foams up under water and then washes away completely. I can wash my whole head of shoulder-length hair with about a teaspoon-sized amount. I do add the Lemcuh conditioner that goes with this after washing, although it has a different scent. This shampoo smells to me like a combination of tea tree oil and berries, and I find it to be really nice and pleasant. It's a fragrance that's fruity, but not too sweet or cloying, and it fades in intensity as my hair dries. After it's dry, my hair is left feeling light and smooth, and I don't seem to have much breakage or crispy hair as a result of using this.
I am going through some perimenopausal hair loss, so I am hoping that this stops my hair's breakage over time. I'm glad that the set came with two bottles of shampoo, so I can look for longer-term results as I'm using it for a longer time.

Using the shampoo is surprisingly pleasant. I want to say there is no blatant onion smell, at least not the kind you expect from the flavor in foods and etc. This may be the red coloring and logo influencing how I my brain thinks, but the smell reminds me of a sort of sweet/spicy red onion, but not in any unpleasant way.
The texture of the shampoo is more of a syrupy gel, I like it quite a bit, especially compared to the texture of my usual "head and shoulders" brand.
Overall, if I ignore my concerns for a product being made in china, it seems like a good product. I previously have ordered this shampoo and I love it, so I jumped at the opportunity to order it again. The first time I used it, I didn't notice much difference. However, after several uses, my hair is smoother and feels sturdier. My hair is that annoying dry/oily type so I am always on the lookout for products which will clean my hair without leaving it heavy and oily at the roots and this shampoo seems to do the trick.
The shampoo has a soft floral smell (definitely no hint of onions) which washes away and doesn't leave a strong scent/much of any scent in my hair - which is good since I sometimes am sensitive to smells, especially when it's attached to my head! The shampoo is thick, lathers nicely and stays in place for the recommended 1- 2 minutes. It then washes easily and cleanly away, leaving no noticeable residue in my hair. There is less hair shedding/breakage in the shower, so my drain is thanking me.
When I run my hands through my hair after it has dried, there is definitely less shedding and breakage. It's hard to say it's encouraging growth yet but my hair feels and looks healthier so I can't see how it would be hurting it!

Firstly it smells great. Although as the names says onion and biotin, the shampoo has no smell of onion, even though it contains onion extract.

I haven't used it enough to determine if it helps with hair loss but it works well for traditional shampoo. The shampoo is pretty pricey at the current price of $39.99. I love that you can't smell the onion in the shampoo. The fear of this had made me hesitant in ordering. The shampoo is pretty easy to use but I would make sure to follow the instructions on massaging it into your hair for 2 to 3 minutes and leaving it in the hair for 1-2 minutes.

Received this Biotin and Onion shampoo and even though the name is a bit intimidating, the shampoo does not smell like onion at all.
Shampoo has a floral/ sweet scent that's very enjoyable. Pack comes with two bottles and current price is $39.99 . I find this to be a good price for value because each bottle is a pretty good size so these will actually last a while.
Shampoo is labeled for hair growth and im not sure about that yet. I need to test it longer to see results.
